Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst skilled in Excel and SQL to support data-driven decision-making across teams. Experience with Python is a strong plus. You will analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and help improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Excel to support marketing, operations, and sales teams.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and automated tools to monitor key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business actions.
  • Assist in data validation and quality checks.
  • Use Python (optional but preferred) for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
  • Expert-level SQL skills for querying large datasets.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
