Job descriptionStrong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks. Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective banking strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
- Provide expert advice on various banking products and services.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while acquiring new ones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking solutions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with banking operations.
