Job Description

Ensures all the program / procedures / practices are followed in QA / QC Department.Responsible to conduct water and RM / PM / FG sampling for chemical testing purpose.Review the sampling Plan and perform chemical testing as per plan and release if meets required specifications and legal standards.Ensure sufficient Lab inventory (Chemical) and proper functioning of the laboratory equipment's / instruments.Preserve the shelf-life samples and conduct in-house shelf-life study of the product.Responsible to maintain the laboratory neat and clean. Maintains the chemical records.Documentation as per ISO, Prepare and reviews SOP / SSOP / STP.Responsible for food safety in the plant & Ensure FSMS is followed at all levels in manufacturing.Assist in trials & product development, functional testing and sensory evaluation.Any other responsibility / task assigned by the Assistant Lead / lead QA as and when required.

Educational Qualification : B. Sc / M.sc in Chemistry.Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in Egg / Dairy Processing or FMCG industry as a chemist in quality Control or Quality Assurance department.
