Human Resources Manager

About the Role

Krish-V Global Interiors is seeking a seasoned HR manager to lead and strengthen our human resource function. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive talent acquisition, ensure statutory compliance, and build scalable HR systems that align with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and structured processes
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
• Provide HR analytics and strategic insights to leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with managerial exposure
• Strong expertise in statutory compliance and labor law governance
• Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
• Fluency in English (Kannada / Hindi preferred)
• Must be comfortable working 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
