About the Role
Krish-V Global Interiors is seeking a seasoned HR manager to lead and strengthen our human resource function. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive talent acquisition, ensure statutory compliance, and build scalable HR systems that align with organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and structured processes
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
- Provide HR analytics and strategic insights to leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with managerial exposure
- Strong expertise in statutory compliance and labor law governance
- Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
- Fluency in English (Kannada / Hindi preferred)
- Must be comfortable working 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
