Responsibilities :

  • Providing phone and email support to customers and distributors in resolving technical issues.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software-related problems.
  • Logging, classifying, and managing incoming support requests.
  • Offering internal support to engineers and specialists.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and R&D departments.
  • Delivering training sessions and workshops for clients.

Requirements :

  • Good command of both English and Polish (must-have).
  • Interest in IT, telecommunications, electronics, automation, and new technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ethical, trustworthy, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Creativity, professionalism, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to continuously develop and improve skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Accuracy, reliability, and result orientation.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Nice to have :

  • Technical education background
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in the security systems industry is an asset
