Job Description : Founding iOS / MacOS App Developer (AI)

Company : Wellness at Work AI Pte Ltd, Singapore

Product : Lumina – an AI wellness companion for people who spend long hours on laptops.

Location : Remote (India-friendly hours)

Type : Part-time → Path to founding team

Compensation : 20% fixed monthly stipend + 80% meaningful equity

Who Can Apply : 5+ years of relevant experience

Time Required : Total : 22.5 hours ( 3 hours daily and additional hours during Saturday.)

What You’ll Build

You will be working on the frontier of on-device AI and user wellness. Developing :

• Computer Vision on the Edge : Integrate cutting-edge vision technologies directly within app.
• Deep OS Integrations : Go beyond the UI to build background services, user notifications, and hooks into core OS APIs to create a seamless experience.
• High-Performance Engineering : Master async video loops, multiprocessing, and memory / CPU profiling to ensure our application is both powerful and efficient.
• LLMs & Agent Workflows : Integrate local and remote LLMs to build intelligent automations that genuinely help users manage their well-being.
