Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

Mercom India is looking for a Full Stack Developer with a focus on backend to help build and scale internal and client-facing platforms that support our research, events, analytics, and subscription-driven products. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications
• Build responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using React
• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features on time
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from requirements through deployment and support
