Business Associate-Strategy
Overview :
Strategic associates will identify business needs and solutions within the context of the overall
direction of a company. They develop and implement critical business solutions through
information gathering, synthesis, review, and testing. They secure and allocate resources, manage
implementation schedules, and facilitate meetings.
Responsibilities :
- Elicit, analyse, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers
or end users.
Classifying the strategic choices for addressing a specific situation and supporting theexecution of the business strategy
Work closely with the management to design business plans, projections, project or teamOKRs, MIS and Dashboard.
External Analysis : Assess the existing opportunities and threats of the organisation’sexternal environment, comprising industry and environmental forces
Internal Analysis : Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation in its internalenvironment including its resources and competencies
Strategy Design : Design strategies that form and endure competitive advantage bymatching the strengths and weaknesses with the opportunities and threats of the
organisation
Strategy Execution : Apply the developed strategies and monitor execution by identifyingresources, processes and KPIs
Strategic Control : Measure achievements and make adjustments in areas where thestrategies are not generating the anticipated results
Candidate Profile :
4-7 years of experience in a similar roleMBA in Business Planning or Analysis from reputed college as mustProven record in business strategy—from planning to implementationSkilled in business planning, cost analysis, SWOT analysis and other strategic toolsKnowledge of OKR, goal setting, BI tools and report automationExperience in retail or ecommerce a mustDetail oriented, analytical and inquisitiveSolid business acumen along with good problem solving skillsHave excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multitask effectivelyLogical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
