Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company, including financial planning, monitoring cash flow, analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions. The CFO will also be responsible for producing financial reports, budgets, and managing the overall financial health of the organization and connecting with financial institutions and products to fullfill the capital requirements of the company and for aiding the company for its expansion plans in retail,EBOs and contract manufacturing works

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills and overall Finance knowledge
• Excellent decision-making and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setup
• Experience in retail or similar industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
