Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct training sessions for teachers on implementing the MIKIDS program in classrooms.
- Observe classes and evaluate the impact of the program on children’s learning.
- Provide retraining and continuous support to teachers based on school requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management to demonstrate the program’s value.
- Drive business growth from existing schools by ensuring program satisfaction and results.
- Manage and support approximately 40–50 schools across assigned districts.
Travel Requirements :
Frequent travel within city limits and across Tamil Nadu districts, including Tirunelveli, Thenkasi, Kanyakumari, Kovilpatti, Sivakasi, Nagercoil, and Tuticorin.Occasional travel (2–3 days) to other cities outside the base location.Experience & Qualifications :
Total Experience : Minimum 2 years (preferably in teaching, training, or education-related roles)Education : UG (Any discipline) & PG (Desirable)Languages : English and TamilExcel Skills :Basic formulas and data analysis proficiency preferred
Skills & Competencies : o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Relationship-building ability with educators and school authorities o Experience in teaching or training audiences o Confident in handling discussions with senior school management
