Conduct student assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to enhance program quality. Participate in departmental activities, seminars, and workshops to promote aviation education. Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, or related field. Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience as Aviation Ground Staff with reputed airlines or ground handling agencies. Strong understanding of airport operations, safety regulations, and aviation service standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
