Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Smart Fresher / 1-2 years of experience in HRStrong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Preferred Skills :
Experience with HR software and talent management systems.Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.This is a contractual role for 6 months
