Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Lead (Computer Vision & LLMs) to drive our AI research and product innovation. You will be responsible for designing and deploying state-of-the-art AI models focused on image processing, object detection, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs) to revolutionize content automation. As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape our AI roadmap and scale our AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of AI / ML models, particularly in Computer Vision (CV) and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
  • Research and implement deep learning algorithms for image enhancement, object segmentation, background removal, and generative AI-based media transformation .
  • Work on multi-modal AI models that integrate CV and NLP capabilities for enhanced content creation.
  • Optimize AI pipelines for real-time processing, inference efficiency, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure) .
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the latest AI trends, particularly in Diffusion Models, GANs, Transformers, and Foundation Models .
  • Ensure AI models meet high standards of accuracy, fairness, and robustness for production use.
  • Mentor and guide junior AI engineers in research and development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in AI / ML research and development , with a strong focus on Computer Vision and NLP (LLMs) .
  • Expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and AI model development.
  • Strong understanding of CNNs, Vision Transformers (ViTs), GANs, and Stable Diffusion Models .
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, multi-modal AI models , and transformers (BERT, GPT, CLIP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in deploying AI models at scale using MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, TensorRT, ONNX).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and AI optimization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).
  • Experience in real-time AI inference optimization and latency reduction techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability in AI models .
  • Preferred : Experience in e-commerce, automotive imaging, or creative AI applications .
