Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Java Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core Java, Microservices architecture, and front-end development using Angular, HTML, and CSS. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Java applications.

Architect and implement RESTful Microservices using Spring Boot.

Guide the team in using Java 8+ features, particularly Stream API, Lambda expressions, and functional programming paradigms.

Drive front-end development using Angular, integrating seamlessly with backend services.

Develop responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-performing applications.

Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into the development cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

8+ years of professional experience in software development.

Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 or above) with solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

Experience with Java Stream API, concurrency, collections, and functional programming.

Hands-on experience building RESTful Microservices using Spring Boot.

Expertise in Angular (version 8+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Strong understanding of client-server architecture and front-end / backend integration.

Familiarity with database technologies (SQL / NoSQL), version control (Git), and CI / CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
