Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Make outbound calls to students / parents from the leads database and inquiries.
• Explain details of courses, batches, fees, and the admission process clearly.
• Counsel students / parents to select the right program as per their needs.
• Follow up regularly with interested students to ensure admissions.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM / report sheets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission / enrollment targets.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve queries related to courses or classes.
• Coordinate with the academic and counselling team to ensure smooth admissions.
