Hiring exclusively for

Oracle Cloud Payroll
at Oracle Global Services Center

We are hiring aggressively for various positions at Oracle Global Services Center in India (across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Gandhinagar, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Thiruvananthapuram locations) to staff multiple Payroll requirements.

Available Positions for Oracle Cloud Payroll :

Solution Architect (12+ years of experience) - End-to-end solution design experience across the entire Oracle HCM product suite with at least 2 NA Payroll implementations experience.

Lead end-to-end solutioning for Oracle Cloud HCM, especially Payroll modules.

Define scalable, secure, and compliant payroll architectures for North American clients.

Develop architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps.

Client Engagement & Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships.

Collaborate with Oracle sales teams to support pre-sales and deal pursuits.

Conduct workshops and Proof-of-Concepts to validate proposed solutions.

Project Leadership

Oversee implementation teams to ensure alignment with architectural vision.

Monitor project progress, resolve technical dependencies, and mitigate risks.

Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with offshore and onshore teams across functional and technical domains.

Provide mentorship and architectural guidance to development teams.

Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations and compliance.

Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultants (5+ years of experience in at least 1 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience & 1 module knowledge apart from US Payroll)
