Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Head for the B2B FMCG / Grocery quick commerce platform Unaati.com, for Delhi-NCR region. The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for managing and growing regional sales, overseeing account management, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The role includes working closely with team members to ensure sales targets are met, providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, and making data-driven decisions to drive regional growth.
Qualifications
Prior experience of at-least 10 years in FMCG Industry specific in Delhi-NCR region
Exposure to B2B Quick Commerce Model in FMCG / Grocery segment
Sales and Account Management skills
Team Management and Sales Management skills
Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven leadership abilities and experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
