We are now entering a new chapter : building a next-generation ERP platform from scratch — designed for the AI and cloud era, powered by PostgreSQL, optimized with modern UI / UX, and embedded with intelligent automation.

This is not about maintaining or incrementally upgrading old systems. It is a 0→1 mission to completely rethink ERP, driven by a culture that values speed, ownership, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Senior Technical Product Manager at Soham ERP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, who combines product management expertise, hands-on technical ability, and AI product thinking.

You will :

  • Shape the vision and roadmap for an AI-first, cloud-native ERP platform.
  • Translate complex AI / ML solutions into customer-friendly features.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams.
  • Prototype rapidly using both code and no / low-code tools (Figma, Lovable, Bubble).
  • Drive product-market fit, adoption, and compliance.
  • Ensure every feature delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-first ERP platform.
  • Conduct discovery with enterprise customers to identify pain points and high-impact opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, workflows, APIs, and data models.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design architecture and integrations using PostgreSQL and cloud-native approaches (multi-tenant SaaS, microservices, event-driven systems).
  • Prototype features quickly using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, or low / no-code tools such as Lovable, Bubble, and Figma.
  • Incorporate AI / ML-driven features (forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent automation) into the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure UI / UX design is modern, intuitive, and efficient; actively participate in design reviews and usability testing.
  • Oversee MCP server orchestration, video coding / streaming, and quick testing frameworks to support product readiness.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs to measure adoption, efficiency, and product impact.
  • Work with compliance and leadership teams to ensure regulatory, data governance, and security standards are met.
  • Lead pilots, collect feedback, and drive rapid iterations toward product-market fit.

    • Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven 0→1 product ownership — launched a product / platform from concept to market.
  • Strong technical background with prior experience as a developer, tech lead, or architect.
  • Hands-on coding ability (Node.js, SQL, APIs, or similar).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL — data modeling, query optimization, integration.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud technology & architecture (AWS / GCP / Azure, Kubernetes, microservices, CI / CD pipelines).
  • Working knowledge of MCP server orchestration, video coding / streaming, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience embedding AI / ML models into real-world product features.
  • Solid understanding of UI / UX principles and proficiency with design / prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Familiarity with modern dev accelerators : GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to use SQL, dashboards, and analytics platforms to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with cloud-native architectures (microservices, Kubernetes, event-driven systems).
  • Prior startup / founding team experience in a high-ambiguity environment.
  • Exposure to automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) for workflow acceleration.
  • Experience simplifying complex enterprise workflows into clean, user-friendly designs.
  • Familiarity with compliance-heavy domains (finance, healthcare, regulated industries).

    • Success Metrics (First 12-18 Months)

  • Product Launch : Deliver a functional, production-ready base ERP application (core workflows + AI-driven differentiators) and publish it to market with first paying customers onboarded.
  • Team Building : Hire, mentor, and structure a cross-functional product team (engineering, design, QA, AI / ML specialists) with clear roles and ownership.
  • KPI Framework : Establish KPIs / OKRs at three levels :
  • Individual → productivity, delivery speed, quality.
  • Product → adoption, usability, uptime, efficiency improvements.
  • Business → customer onboarding rate, retention, satisfaction.
  • Process Foundation : Define and implement agile product development practices, quick testing pipelines, and release cycles for continuous improvement.
  • Market Feedback Loop : Set up structured processes for capturing customer feedback and rapidly converting insights into product iterations.
  • Scalability Readiness : Deliver a roadmap and architecture that can support multi-tenant scaling with compliance and security baked in.
