Event Manager

PURPOSE

To lead end-to-end event programming, show curation, and experiential concept design for our units, delivering innovative and memorable experiences that strengthen member engagement. This role requires expertise in artist selection, conceptual innovation, sponsorship alignment, budgeting, and execution oversight while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to : Head - Events

Reporting Roles : Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Events, Event Executives, Associates, Interns

Interacts with :

• External – Artists, Artist Managers, Production Agencies, Sponsors, Brand Partners, Vendors, Consultants, Service Providers
• Internal – Venue Teams, F&B Service, Security, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Senior Management, CRMs
