2. Data-Driven Design : Dive deep into analytics and user session recordings to gather insights and inform your design decisions.

3. End-to-End Design : Mapping journeys & IA, creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

4. Experimentation and Innovation : Conduct numerous experiments, iterate based on feedback, and brainstorm creative solutions.

5. Collaboration and Autonomy : Enjoy high autonomy while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life.
