Statutory Compliance Specialist

to ensure our business operations adhere to all statutory and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance, specifically with

CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act) , establishing and maintaining compliant practices, preparing key documents, attending audits, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met across various business functions

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements, especially CLRA, PF, ESI, and Shops & Establishments Acts.

Prepare and maintain compliance documents and records.

Support and attend internal and external audits.

Manage establishment and contract labour registrations and renewals.

Monitor labour law updates and ensure timely implementation.

Train teams on compliance requirements.

Key Skills :

Strong knowledge of CLRA, PF, ESI, and labour laws.

Good documentation and audit handling skills.

Proficient in MS Office and compliance reporting.

Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
