We are on the lookout for strong Python Fullstack (ReactJS) developers with the following skills.

Job Title : Full-Stack Developer (Python + ReactJS)

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 6–8 years

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer (Python + ReactJS) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development , capable of building scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and ReactJS .
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams — UI / UX, product management, QA, and DevOps.
  • Optimize applications for performance , scalability , and security .
  • Conduct code reviews , identify improvements, and mentor junior developers.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using Django , Flask , or FastAPI .
  • Solid expertise in ReactJS , JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
  • Experience integrating frontend and backend systems through RESTful APIs.
  • Good understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Git , Docker , and CI / CD workflows.
  • Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
