Principal Service Engineer - Intune

Organization Background :

The Service Integration Reporting and Analytics team supports reporting needs for the Virtual Application Delivery and Electronic Health Record teams – teams which enable our caregivers, patients, physicians, and Community Technology partners to achieve our mission.

What will you be responsible for?

• Define and maintain the architecture for digital workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and user experience principles.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Service Integration, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data & Analytics, to design scalable and secure workplace technology solutions.
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies to drive innovation in productivity, collaboration, and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Viva, Power Platform).
• Lead architectural governance processes for digital workplace projects, ensuring consistency, compliance, and technical feasibility.
• Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps for current and future state environments.
• Provide expert-level guidance and mentoring to engineering teams implementing workplace technologies.
• Review solution implementation and delivery quality, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
• Translate business and caregiver experience requirements into actionable, technically sound designs.
