Job description
This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging deep industry expertise to deliver value-driven solutions across supply chain and operations domains.
You will be part of a high-impact Supply Chain & Operations practice, helping organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for the future - with a positive impact on business, society, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.
Act as the Business / Process Architect, leading whiteboarding and solutioning sessions with senior stakeholders.
Drive business architecture and transformation initiatives, including Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling.
Lead process discovery, optimization, and improvement projects to drive measurable outcomes.
Develop and enhance assets, accelerators, and use cases to support solution delivery.
Support business development and proposal solutioning (RFPs) with thought leadership and domain expertise.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, influencing stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Experience in business process optimization, transformation consulting, or supply chain strategy roles.
Professional & Technical Expertise :
Hands-on experience with leading BPM / Process Architecture tools such as ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, LeanIX, BiZZdesign, or Alfabet.
Conceptual understanding of key business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Hire-to-Retire (H2R).
Familiarity with ERP / CRM transformation programs and emerging technologies (Automation, Analytics, RPA, etc.).
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
Strong business acumen to translate process insights into strategic recommendations.
