Job Title : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location : Mumbai

Reports To : Director of the Organization.

Job Type : Full-time

Experience : 3 – 7 years , with minimum 3 – 4 years as CA / Accounts Head / Finance Head With a listed organization or CA firm, or as a practicing CA or handling Finalization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the end-to-end Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Handle taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial finalisation.

Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with IND AS and regulatory requirements.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance.

Coordinate effectively with external and internal stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Provide financial insights and strategies to support business decision-making.

Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and accountability.

Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA), with strong expertise in finance, taxation, compliance, and audit.

Prior experience with a listed entity , CA firm, or as a practicing CA.

Proven track record of handling financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning.

Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial regulations, and corporate governance.

Experience in the jewellery industry will be a added advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
