As a Junior Sous Chef you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen operations assisting the Head Chef in creating exquisite dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation. You will contribute to menu development maintain high standards of food safety and mentor junior kitchen staff while ensuring that every dish meets our exceptional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes following Pan Asian culinary techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and seasonal menus
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
• Participate in kitchen staff meetings and contribute to team discussions
