About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI / UX Lead Developer with strong full stack capabilities to lead the design and development of intuitive, responsive, and scalable web applications. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software Responsibilities :

Lead UI / UX Design & Development :

• Drive the design and implementation of user-centric interfaces using modern frameworks and design principles.
• Apply UX laws and best practices to create seamless and engaging user Stack Development :
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development as & Collaboration :
• Mentor junior developers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-impact & Optimization :
• Optimize UI performance across browsers and devices.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform Technical Skills Technologies :
• JavaScript
• React (Angular is a plus)
• Redux (for state management)
• MUI (Material UI), CSS, & Integration :
• REST APIs
• Exposure to full stack development Design Principles :
• Strong understanding of UX laws and usability heuristics
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user to Have :
• GWT (Google Web Toolkit) Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading UI / UX projects and delivering scalable web applications.
