Professa is looking for a driven Senior
Associate
to join our Accelerated Revenue practice and support the growth of our People & Organization consulting work. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with client partners, engage directly with clients, and play a key role in delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end client engagements, from discovery to delivery, ensuring commitments are met on time and with quality.
Work closely with client partners to design and execute outreach campaigns, manage partner meetings, and coordinate client interactions.
Help build proposals and translate complex people and revenue strategies into clear, actionable plans.
Drive research and insights to support client conversations and solution development.
Participate in client meetings and represent Professa in external forums when required.
Track engagement progress, prepare reports, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.
Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in consulting, sales, or HR with exposure to client-facing roles.
Based in Mumbai (preferred) to enable close collaboration and in-person mentoring.
Strong communicator with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and building relationships.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated to learn and grow into a future client partner role.
