We’re now looking for a

Senior IT Service Engineer

who can take ownership of enterprise IT systems, lead small-scale infrastructure projects, and ensure operational excellence for global clients.

You’ll partner with our European customers and internal stakeholders to design, manage, and improve IT systems that keep business moving smoothly—across devices, locations, and teams.

A technically strong,

hands-on IT professional

who thrives on autonomy and responsibility.

You have experience supporting international users, implementing scalable systems, and improving operational processes.

You enjoy working in fast-paced, dynamic setups where

structure meets speed .

What you’ll do : Lead

Level 2 support

and troubleshoot complex system issues.

Design and implement improvements across

Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune .

Automate repetitive tasks using

PowerShell, Bash, or Python .

Handle IT infrastructure initiatives such as

migrations, integrations, and security rollouts .

Maintain

network configurations

(LAN / WAN, VPN, DNS / DHCP).

Document processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous optimization.

Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to deliver world-class IT experiences.

Who should apply : You’ve got

3–5 years

of relevant IT engineering experience.

You’ve supported or collaborated with

European or international clients .

You have strong technical knowledge of

Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, and endpoint management .

You’re proactive, structured, and capable of leading initiatives independently.

You love solving problems before they become problems.
