We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager Trust Service Officer

Principal Responsibilities

• Probate Services to deliver compliant trust / estate administration services to client accounts efficiently and professionally
• Assists Team Head in implementing strategies and policies of the company to achieve the business objectives
• Daily operations of client and trustee payments
• To prepare annual clients' accounts, regular schedules or ad-hoc reports etc
• To update account data under system, handle workflows, cash / securities reconciliation etc
• Assist in daily operations of Central Billing, including issuing debit note, maintaining fee scale & fee charging trust and billing & collection process
• Assist in fee reports preparation, including monthly fee variance analysis, aging report, bad debt provision
• Assist in financial audit (interim & year-end) and system audit
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing relating to software enhancements and upgrades
• Ensure high quality and accurate service is provided to Relationship Management Teams
