Working Days : 6 Days a Week (Tuesday Off, Work from Home on Saturday and Sunday)

Job Description : Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Demos Setup : Coordinate and schedule product demos for potential clients, ensuring a smooth and professional presentation process.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

Follow-up : Diligently follow up on leads, inquiries, and past interactions to close sales and drive business growth.

Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.

Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, including calls made, demos set up, and deals closed.

CRM Management : Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads and prospects.

Requirements :

Experience : 1-2 years of experience in inside sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and demo setup.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Location : Must be based in or willing to commute to HSR Layout, Bangalore.
