Job descriptionExceptional English comprehension and concise written communication skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn and assessing professional credentials. Strong critical thinking skills to differentiate genuine understanding from superficial or memorized responses. Ability to recognize jargon-heavy answers and evaluate candidates’ authentic knowledge. Exposure to technical interviewing. Familiarity with AI capabilities and common misuse patterns. Previous experience with fraud or risk operations. Flexible, remote work from India. Gain exposure to AI-powered recruitment systems and fraud detection techniques. Work with a growing team at a hyper-growth AI startup.
Role : QA Analyst
Location : India (Remote)
Type : Part-Time
Pay : Earn up to 1,50,000 Per Month
What You’ll Do :
- Conduct technical quality assurance of recorded interviews, watching assigned recordings end-to-end. Flag and annotate issues such as premature termination, audio / video glitches, and other anomalies.
- Perform fraud investigations by reviewing candidate profiles flagged by our system. Cross-check claims (education, accolades, employment) through online resources such as LinkedIn.
- Detect cheating by identifying subtle signs of external assistance (e.g., paraphrased AI-generated answers, off-camera prompts). Analyze eye movement, timing anomalies, and AI-like response patterns. Maintain and evolve a library of cheating patterns and decision criteria.
