• End-to-End Recruitment : Drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Reporting : Deliver weekly and monthly management information reporting requests.
• ATS Data Management : Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently, alongside manual data tracking, to ensure streamlined hiring operations.
• Innovative Hiring Strategies : Develop and implement creative hiring solutions and strategic sourcing to attract top IT talent across emerging technologies.
• Fast-Paced Execution : Deliver quick turnaround results while maintaining the highest standards of quality in hiring.
• Market Research & Competitive Intelligence : Stay updated on the latest technologies, recruitment trends, and talent market dynamics to refine hiring strategies.
• IT Consulting Recruitment : Experience in hiring for IT Consulting and professional services roles, including niche, high-demand technology positions.
