What You'll Do :
- End-to-End Recruitment : Drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Reporting : Deliver weekly and monthly management information reporting requests.
- ATS Data Management : Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently, alongside manual data tracking, to ensure streamlined hiring operations.
- Innovative Hiring Strategies : Develop and implement creative hiring solutions and strategic sourcing to attract top IT talent across emerging technologies.
- Fast-Paced Execution : Deliver quick turnaround results while maintaining the highest standards of quality in hiring.
- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence : Stay updated on the latest technologies, recruitment trends, and talent market dynamics to refine hiring strategies.
- IT Consulting Recruitment : Experience in hiring for IT Consulting and professional services roles, including niche, high-demand technology positions.
- Process Improvement : Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
What You Know :
Successful track record of recruiting for the IT Service based industry .Expertise in conducting Walk-in Interviews .Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and manual data handling.Able to get work done on time and with high quality.Experience working with multiple Job boards and Social media Platforms .Expertise in hiring for (ADM, DevOps, Full-stack Development, etc.).Understanding of market trends and competitive hiring practices within the IT consulting industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Education :
