If you love building smooth, crash-free apps and think like a product owner (not just a coder), this is for you.ResponsibilitiesDesign & develop cross-platform apps (iOS + Android) using React Native.Work with REST APIs and integrate third-party SDKs.Build clean, modular, and maintainable code.Ensure apps are stable, crash-free, and optimized for performance.Use modern tools like Cursor AI / Copilot / ChatGPT to ship faster.Collaborate with the team on features, UX, and product decisions.Manage app store deployments and releases.RequirementsStrong knowledge of React Native + JavaScript / TypeScript.Proven experience building & releasing at least one end-to-end app.API integration experience, handling async calls and errors.Familiar with Git / version control.Bonus : Knowledge of testing frameworks, CI / CD pipelines.Product thinking mindset — care about user experience, not just code.Work ModeOn-site role in Indore (coworking)Be ready to hustle on weekends if deadlines call — we move fastCompensation₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
