You’ll play a key role in ensuring cash flow and financial accuracy for our clients.Your key responsibilities will include : Managing and monitoring daily receivables and collections from brokersVerifying submitted documents like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODsFollowing up via email / phone to ensure timely paymentsReconciling payments and updating ERP / factoring systemsResolving short payments, discrepancies, or document mismatchesCoordinating with U.S. clients and internal operations teamsMaintaining AR reports, aging summaries, and broker communication logsAssisting with audits and monthly closing reportsWho You AreA fresher or have up to 2 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or any related fieldHolds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BSc, etc.)Has strong communication skills (spoken and written English)Comfortable working in US Night Shifts (India night hours)Detail-oriented, organized, and good with numbersAble to follow structured processes and meet deadlinesNice to HaveExposure to receivables / collections in any industryExperience handling logistics documents like BOLs, Rate Cons, PODsFamiliarity with finance applications like QuickBooks, TAFS, etc.What We OfferHands-on training in U.S. freight finance and factoring processesOpportunity to work directly with American clientsDynamic, collaborative team cultureCompensation as per industry standardsWork from our Bangalore office — no remote option
