Kong.ai is a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses streamline customer engagement through AI-powered automation. We are looking for a Client Acquisition Associate to join our outbound sales team. This role is ideal for driven professionals who thrive in a high-volume calling environment and are motivated by clear targets and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 150–200 outbound calls daily through CRM.io's auto-dialer.
- Schedule 15+ qualified meetings per week with decision-makers (CXO, Heads, Managers).
- Handle objections professionally and re-engage leads through nurture cadences.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead tags, and follow-ups in CRM.io.
- Prepare talking points before calls and tailor pitches based on lead type.
- Follow strict follow-up protocols : hot leads (same day + next morning), warm leads (every 2–3 days).
- Submit daily EOD reports (calls made, meetings booked, follow-ups, objections, notes).
- Ensure meeting qualification standards (decision-maker, 15+ mins booked via CRM.io, prospect confirmed).
- Participate in random call audits and quality checks.
Requirements
1-2 years of telecalling, telesales, or outreach sales experience. Immediate joiners preferred.Strong communication & persuasion skills in English and Hindi.Experience using CRM systems (CRM.io preferred).High discipline in following processes and reporting.Resilience to handle rejections and objections.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Why Join Us
