Job description

Design MEP Systems :

Develop and design integrated mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.

Technical Documentation :

Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Coordination :

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall building design.

Compliance & Regulations :

Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Site Visits & Supervision :

Conduct site visits to gather project-specific information, resolve technical issues during installation, and ensure the accuracy of installations.

Energy Efficiency :

Perform calculations and simulations to optimize system performance and design energy-efficient solutions.

Technical Support :

Provide technical advice and support during all phases of the project, from planning to post-construction maintenance.

Quality Control :

Review contractor submittals, drawings, and installation method statements to ensure compliance with the MEP design plan.
