Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Spinning Master. The position is located in Coimbatore. The Assistant Spinning Master will be responsible for overseeing the spinning process, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring the performance of spinning machines, troubleshooting technical issues, managing staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing spinning processes and maintaining spinning machines
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards in textile manufacturing
• Proficient in managing and coordinating production staff
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Textile Engineering or related field is a plus
