The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial instruments, market dynamics, and possess the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to capital markets. Conduct detailed analysis of financial data and market trends to support decision-making. Develop and document business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications. Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain. Strong understanding of financial instruments and market operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills : Experience with other financial software and tools. Project management certification or experience. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the capital markets sector.'
