Role Mission :

Lead and manage Chalo's Group MIS, Reporting, Finance Operations, and Audit functions, with ownership of P2P (Payables), Receivables, and team leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver accurate MIS and analysis by the 7th of every month.
• Own and streamline the Financial Statement Closure Process (FSCP).
• Manage and optimize Accounts Payable (P2P cycle) : Purchase Orders, Vendor Invoicing, and Payments.
• Manage and strengthen Accounts Receivable : Collections, Cash
• Application, Credit Control, and Dispute Resolution.
• Lead and ensure timely completion of Statutory, Tax, and Internal Audits.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in finance operations to improve efficiency.
• Provide insights from MIS to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small finance team to deliver high-quality outputs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and business CA with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong exposure to Finance Operations (Payable and Receivables), MIS, and Reporting.
• Proven track record in improving book closure timelines and reporting accuracy.
• Hands-on team management and leadership experience.
• Excellent Excel skills (Zoho knowledge is an added advantage).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to design financial models.
• Prior experience in startups or multi-business line organizations preferred.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
