Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior US Payroll Executive with strong experience in handling end-to-end payroll operations for the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in payroll tools, compliance reporting, and tax-related processes, along with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage US and Canada payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
• Work extensively on ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks (QB) payroll tools.
• Prepare and file 401K reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Review and reconcile unemployment tax rates and ensure timely filing.
• Ensure payroll compliance with US GAAP standards (knowledge preferred).
• Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, audits, and reporting.
• Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll laws, compliance, and best practices.
