We are looking for high-performing Enterprise Sales Managers to drive our growth in key markets.
Role Overview
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing large-scale B2B opportunities primarily within the e-commerce sector. This role requires a candidate who possesses deep domain knowledge in the logistics and shipping industry, particularly dealing with high-volume e-commerce clients and logistics aggregators. The core objective is to onboard enterprise clients and secure long-term contracts for their shipping requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales & Client Acquisition : Identify and target major e-commerce brands, large online sellers, and high-volume shippers that require complex logistics solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new enterprise accounts across designated regions.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to technical presentation, contract negotiation, and final closing.
- Domain Expertise & Consultation : Leverage expertise in the logistics, warehousing, and aggregation sectors to understand client pain points (e.g., last-mile delivery, RTO management, multi-carrier optimization).
- Act as a consultant, demonstrating how Selloship's technology and network can significantly improve their shipments, cost efficiencies, and overall supply chain performance.
- Revenue & Target Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue and new client acquisition targets (e.g., number of monthly shipments secured).
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
- Collaboration & Relationship Management : Work closely with the Product and Operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and continuous service delivery for new enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience : Minimum 3+ years of proven, successful experience in B2B / B2C-Enterprise Sales within the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Shipping Aggregation industry.Industry Focus : Must have demonstrable expertise in dealing specifically with high-volume E-Commerce clients or platforms (e.g., marketplaces, D2C brands).Business Acumen : Strong understanding of e-commerce shipment workflows, fulfillment processes, and the commercial negotiation of shipping rates and volumes.Communication : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and the local regional language.Travel : Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory to meet clients.Compensation & Benefits
