Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on corporate, partnership, individual and trust and estate tax services.
- Help determine tax service objectives, scope and methodology and actively participate in communications with client management to understand the client's business and to identify possible tax solutions.
- Oversee the calculation and analysis of tax strategies for clients and assist with delivering to the client.
- Manage and review the preparation of corporate, partnership, or individuals, including federal, foreign, state and local tax return, estimated payments and extensions.
- Monitor, document and apply the tax laws for US tax return preparation.
- Continue to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities.
- Provide both leadership (mentoring and coaching) and supervision to Tax Seniors and Staff.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute towards implementing them
Qualifications :
Communication should be Excellent.Post Graduation (Commerce) or CPA is mandate.Tenured Assistant Manager or Lead or Level 1 Manager or above only will be considered (Min of 3- 4yrs of experience in leading a team is Mandate)Required : Experience with 1065 (Partnership) – 60% - 70% , 1120 (Corporation), 1120S (Small Corporation) – 30% - 40%Preferred : Experience with any one of 1040 / 1041 / 990 / 5500 as an additional combinationProficiency in CCH Axcess Software or SurePrep tools, if they don't have this, we can process candidates with other tool experience as well.Good to Have : Experience in the Financial Services or Real Estate domainSkills Required
