Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Quick Commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart . This role is focused on improving visibility, maximizing conversions, boosting sales, and ensuring strong ROI on quick-commerce platforms.
You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to drive brand performance across Q-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Q-commerce platforms—Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart.
- Use ad formats such as Sponsored Products, Boost Ads, In-App Banners, Category Spotlights, and Display Ads.
- Develop platform-wise strategies based on SKU type, demand patterns, and city-level performance.
2. Optimization & Growth
Monitor daily campaign performance : spend, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS.Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting to drive efficiency.Identify high-performing stores / cities and scale ads accordingly.3. Operations & Inventory Coordination
Collaborate with supply chain to track stock availability across dark stores.Ensure no stockouts during active campaigns.Align ads with pricing changes, new SKU launches, and weekly promotional calendars.4. Reporting & Insights
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights.Conduct competitor benchmarking within each Q-commerce app.5. Creative & Brand Collaboration
Coordinate with the design team for in-app banners, hero images, GIFs, and videos.Ensure creatives meet platform guidelines and drive higher CTR.Provide insights for creative A / B testing.Requirements :
Experience in ads for Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart (preferred) or Amazon / Flipkart PPC.Strong analytical and numerical ability.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.Good understanding of quick-commerce operations and dark-store supply model.Ability to manage multiple platforms and ad budgets simultaneously.Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
