Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Pune. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing support via phone, email, or in person, updating customer records, and working collaboratively with other departments to address customer concerns effectively. The role requires a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in providing excellent Customer Experience and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is advantageous
