Job description

Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

Be able to identify issues and risks and present them to the customer and Evoke stakeholders.

Drive the strategy execution through designing new business models

Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvements or concerns

Participate in presenting a problem and seeing the problem through the resolution with the Evoke team and customer team

Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review to both the customer and Evoke.

Collection and documentation of business requirements for project and process improvement / automation efforts (BPM / RPA)

Streamlining and reengineering existing business processes and providing support to change management.
