Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Cooling Tower product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying new market opportunities, supporting sales enablement, and driving brand positioning in industrial and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Marketing :
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the Cooling Tower Internals product line for FRP, induced draft, crossflow, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
- Developing & maintaining relationship with the leading power plant consultant for product specification incorporation in the DPR.
Business Development :
Generate leads and support the sales team with technical presentations, brochures, and product literature.Identify new power plant consultants for product specification incorporation, B2B clients, OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and industry associations.Drive marketing campaigns targeting industries such as power plants, refineries, HVAC projects, fertilizers, and steel.Branding & Communication :
Develop marketing materials (catalogues, case studies, website content, email campaigns).Organize trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and client seminars.Sales Support & CRM :
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFQs, and tender documentation.Maintain CRM and track customer engagement metrics.Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of promotional assets.Market Intelligence :
Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to senior management.Track technological trends in cooling systems and suggest marketing adaptations.(ref : iimjobs.com)
