Role Description

We’re seeking driven Outbound SDRs with 2–4 years of experience in SaaS or Advertising sales — professionals who love building conversations, breaking into new accounts, and creating a pipeline.

This is a high-energy, hands-on role where you’ll identify, engage, and qualify prospects through smart, structured outreach.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers across industries.
• Conduct high-volume, high-quality outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Develop account-based outreach for key prospects and personalize engagement at scale.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified meeting (SQL) targets.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and automation tools to research, connect, and nurture.
• Maintain flawless CRM hygiene — logging all activities and tracking progress.
• Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to refine targeting and messaging.
