OT Asset Management Specialist

Job Description :

Airbus is currently looking for a OT Asset Management Specialist to join the Bengaluru, India location.

He / She will be part of the Digital Cyber function and will interface with the ServiceNow as well as the Vulnerability management teams located in Bengaluru, India.

He / She will act as a Cyber Security Integrator in the Industrial Cyber Security team which is based in Europe and India.

The successful candidate shall establish a stable day-to-day work relationship with the ServiceNow team, an active interface with the users mainly based in Europe, but also internationally, manage, improve and measure the run mode of the solution & incident resolution and take care of the emerging interfaces with the Weakness Management team and other solutions.

Job holders Responsibilities

Design, drive the development and maintain ServiceNow modules for Industrial Asset Management and Vulnerability Management (OTM / IPM & OTVR).

Configure and manage integration between ServiceNow and other Enterprise systems (CMDBs, vulnerability scanners, ERP systems, Skywise, potentially AH and ADS data sources).

Interface Management for existing Cyber security solutions with a focus on interoperability and efficient data flow and ensure data consistency and integrity across technical interfaces and databases.

Demonstrate knowledge of IT system operation, maintenance, and security needed to keep equipment functioning properly.

Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement automation workflows and improve service delivery through ServiceNow capabilities.

Supervise suppliers for development and configuration, evaluate deliverable and give feedback to the suppliers.

Monitor system performance and propose enhancements for scalability and reliability.

Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, releases, and modules relevant to asset and security management.

Create and maintain ServiceNow KB's for Industrial Asset Management and Vulnerability Management.

Run large-scale communication campaigns for upgrades, end-user awareness and data quality improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 5 years of total experience in Information Technology.

Cyber Security / ServiceNow / Vulnerability Management background is a plus.

Core competencies :

Advanced ServiceNow Experience : Proven ServiceNow experience ServiceNow development and administration, especially with IT Asset Management and Vulnerability response modules, Data structuring and progressing in ServiceNow, Technical Understanding of ServiceNow processes and set-up.

Asset Management : Deep understanding of Asset Management in ServiceNow

Advanced Communication skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with global stakeholders, both technical and functional.

User Interaction : Promote a high quality of end-user experience by considering recent ServiceNow evolutions to answering the business needs, Experience with data visualization tools.

Excellent Service Management skills : Experience in run operations and service-level agreements (SLAs) management, Good Knowledge of ITIL management (incidents, changes, problem solving, root cause analysis …).

Project Management skills : Take the accountability of developing and maintaining a detailed project follow-up & ensure that deliverables are in line with the timeline. Manage accordingly risks through mitigation planning.

Advanced Supplier Management skills : Coordination of multiple suppliers and working groups engaged globally.

Functional skills : Vulnerability and Risk Management, Knowledge on implementing and managing the solutions for continuous threat monitoring and remediation activities at global scale for Airbus and entities.

Solution experience : Experience with scanning tools like Qualys or Tenable.

• Knowledge of Cyber Security basics.
• Industrial Cyber Security is a plus : Implement and integrate security measures tailored for Operational Technology (OT) environments, aligning with ISA / IEC 62443 standards to protect against specific threats. Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and the implications for its security.
• Advanced knowledge of Asset Management in CMDB, Change Management in ServiceNow, CI classifications, and lifecycle management industrial context.
• Knowledge of the Industrial or Manufacturing environment.
• Understand the Digital cybersecurity ecosystem (desirable but not mandatory) : Identity and access management, Architecture / Security-by-Design, Infrastructure & application security frames, Security monitoring, risk management & mitigation activities.
• Ability to shift between domains and multi-skills experience is highly desirable.
