Senior Cutover Specialist

About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP cutover lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP technical architecture, excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to anticipate risks and design effective fallback plans.

This is a mission-critical role that involves leading cutovers across global SAP programs. You will collaborate with seasoned SAP professionals and work on long-term global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end cutover strategy, timeline, and execution plan for SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, BASIS, infrastructure, and business process teams to ensure smooth transition from legacy to target systems.
• Drive cutover checklists, runbooks, and readiness assessments.
• Conduct mock cutovers and rehearsals to test the effectiveness of the plan.
• Monitor and report progress during each phase of the cutover cycle.
• Identify and resolve cutover issues and risks in a timely manner.
